Points and rewards
How to level up:
Your participation level increases automatically as soon as the total amount of your purchases at Nugush Park Hotel reaches the required value. We closely monitor your bookings and visits so that you always get the most out of the loyalty program.
Accrual of points:
Points are awarded for each room reservation and payment for additional services at the Nugush Park Hotel.
We will refund part of the money you spent in the form of points to your loyalty card.:
Silver level: 3% of the cost of accommodation and purchased services.
Gold level: 5% of the cost of accommodation and purchased services.
Platinum level: 5% of the cost of accommodation and purchased services.
Exchange rate: 1 point = 1 ruble.
Important: The activation of the loyalty card takes place after paying for your stay.
Using points:
You can use the accumulated points to pay up to 50% of the amount of your subsequent bookings.
Points are available for use only on the next visit to the Nugush Park Hotel.
Validity period of points:
Silver–level points are valid for 12 months, and Gold and Platinum-level points are 18 months.
Conditions for granting privileges:
Privileges such as late check-out and upgrade of the lodge category are provided subject to availability of rooms.
To confirm your level of participation and receive the appropriate privileges, you must present the cardholder's passport at registration.
Nugush Park Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the loyalty program, which participants will be informed about in advance.
